  • How long it takes to receive the product in Arizona?

    Thank you for your questions regarding shipping delivery timelines. 

    The stock would freshly shipped from our Headquarter Store in Bangkok - Thailand to Oversea. Normally, it takes around 14-21 business days for Registered Airmail Service and 10-14 business days for EMS Service. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be delays at each transiting spot. 

    For the fastest delivery option, we may offer a FedEx Air Courier Service. The delivery time may take around 7-14 business days, depending on the weight and size of the shipment. Please note that some areas in the US may require a Remote Area Fees, which we would be able to determine upon live-quoting from our agent.

  • Are the prices in US dollars or another currency? Do you ship to New Zealand. Have used the power for many yesrs on our whites. Two of my show owners were introduced to it too and love the results. At the last show her white boy went BIS, BIS, Reserve BIS and BIS. Just demonstrated the power of the product with gorgeous faces to match their type.

    Your order had been placed on the 15 June 2022 at 9:00AM (GMT+7) and had been processed and dispacthed out from our storage on 15 June 2022. Your shipment is now under transisting from Thailand to United States. 

    Normally, it takes about 14-21 business days with a regsitered airmail shipping method which a similar shipping method of "First-Class Mail".  You can track the shipment at https://track.thailandpost.co.th or just on USPS site https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input once the shipment reaching the states there. 

    We will send you email from our official support email about your tracking number once again in order to keep your privacy here :)
