Our International Shipping Routine is due on MONDAY and FRIDAY (If the mentioned day is on the local holiday, it will perform on the next business day of the local postal service).

The transaction's payment must be properly cleared and received by 24 hours before each shipping routine schedule, to process the order and prepare the shipment for the upcoming shipping schedule.

After the parcel reaching your ended country, please use the above tracking number to keep tracking on your local carrier (National Post Office) website site once again for your local information update.

Normally, after a week of reaching the destination country, you should try to keep in touch with your parcel at the local post office website. Because it very varies standard of officer service in the individual country, some may only have worldwide database update while some may only domestic database update. So, Gathering info from your national local post office website shall be the best idea.

The parcel should not be parked at the destination post office for too long, to avoid the return of unclaimed or can't reach the consignee reason. And, once your local post office returns them to original sender address re-shipping schedule may cost you another service fee due to the complete delivered to the final destination, but no one picks up or no one at home during their delivery time.

So our advice is, after a week of the shipment reaching your country, you shall see any further update from your local post office website database unless you shall contact the nearest post office in your area and check with their system that where is the particular parcel number located now. 

For Brazil Country, It may be possible late depend on the Brazil local post and random pick up of Customs and Quarantine Processing. The duration of the record if the parcel in random pick up by customs and quarantine may take about 1-3 months for some big cities in Brazil and it may get even longer like 4-5 months in some long-distant cities all of these due to the internal Brazil posting system.
