RETURN POLICY

You have 30 Calendar Days to return the item(s) from the date you received them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item(s) needs to have the Receipt of proof of purchase and the Postage Stamp of the particular shipment. 

REFUNDS POLICY

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and contact you for requesting the further related transaction reference or the proof of purchase along with notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account, or Credit Card, or issue the Virtual Coupon upon your preference. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Please take note that, we are offering a full refund to all our product(s) only when they are back to us in the good condition. Any damages on the packaging shall be caused on the extra fee of repackaging them and relisting procedure. 

However, our full refund is not included the shipping cost that is paid to the 3rd Party or not included the postage fee since the shipment completely reach the destination properly before traveling back by any further reasons.

Unless having the confirmation of the loss of that particular shipment that officially certified as a lost unit from your local post office, the existed shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount before issuing the refund to your account.
